Dr. sc. Hrvoje Butković, Research Advisor from the Department of European Policies, participated in the final conference of the RECLAIM project ‟Frontiers of Truth: Reclaiming Liberal Democracy in the Post-Factual Worldˮ which was held on 27 and 28 June in Brussels. The conference brought together experts and representatives of European research institutions involved in the project, non-governmental organizations and policymakers with the aim of presenting the main findings and recommendations of the project, which dealt with strengthening democratic governance in the European Union. The event included panel discussions on topics such as the resilience of democratic institutions, the future of liberal democracy in Europe and institutional responses to crises. Dr. Butković’s participation contributed to the presentation of Croatian research insights in the European context and enabled further networking with partners from other countries.
